Blackhawk Engineering Inc is a privately owned company, located in Casey, Illinois.  We provide inspection services for pipeline companies across the United States.  Also, Blackhawk Engineering provides safety and environmental services for companies across the country.  Our training department offers NCCER training/certification, first  aid training, CPR training, OSHA training and many more training services.
